Shipping Policy
Our carrier for shipping is USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested. Your shipping & handling fee is calculated by the weight of the item(s) you purchase.
All items in stock will ship within 2-3 business days from the date the order is placed.
For local customers, select the pickup option to avoid shipping costs.
Every piece by Birds in Clay is made by hand. Due to this, no two items are identical. There is only one of each item listed. The images listed on this website are representative of the item being purchased. We will update quantities as they become available.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 30 day return policy, beginning from the date of receipt, to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your digital receipt or proof of purchase to request a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you feel you have received a damaged item or your item was damaged during shipping please contact us as soon as you receive the item.
To start a return, you can contact us on our website or email us. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you have any concerns.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Contact us via email if you wish to exchange an item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and determined your refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued via your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for banks and credit card companies to complete a refund transaction.
